Purchasing classes & packages
- All Pilates Hunter packages are valid from the date of purchase. The applicable validity period may vary depending on the package, class, program, or promotion selected.
- Packages, sessions, and credits are subject to the applicable terms and conditions communicated at the time of purchase.
- Private and Semi-Private rates depend on the tier you choose (White, Grey, Peach or Lilac). Group Class rates are per person.
- All prices are non-negotiable.
- A booking is confirmed once we have verified your payment. We confirm the day and time of your sessions with you directly on WhatsApp.
Payment
- All payments are final and non-refundable. Remaining sessions or credits that are not used within the applicable validity period will expire.
- All listed prices are before tax. PB1 (Pajak Barang dan Jasa Tertentu) of 10% is added to the subtotal at checkout, and the total to transfer is what the checkout shows.
- Payment can only be made via bank transfer to the listed bank account.

After a bank transfer, send your proof of payment and transfer reference to us on WhatsApp so we can match it to your booking.
Studio policy & Safety
- By participating in Pilates Hunter services, clients agree to comply with applicable studio policies relating to attendance, class participation, health and safety, studio conduct, use of facilities, and instructor guidance.
- Clients are responsible for informing the instructor of any relevant physical condition or circumstance that may affect their participation before beginning a session.
- Pilates Hunter may make reasonable changes to schedules, instructors, services, and operational policies where necessary.
Bookings, Cancellations & Class Participation
- All bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and class participation are subject to the applicable Pilates Hunter booking and studio policies.
- Cancellation or rescheduling requirements may vary depending on the class or service selected. Failure to comply with the applicable cancellation or attendance policy may result in the booked session being considered used.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing the applicable booking and cancellation terms before confirming a class.
